Frequently Asked Questions

What COVID-19 precautions are you taking?

Please note that we have implemented extraordinary measures and additional protocols to help ensure a safe and clean environment for our clients and staff. We are actively monitoring and responding to all recommendations made by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and our local Health Authority. We no longer spray after EVERY session, but we do spray daily with a hospital grade disinfectant using the electrostatic technology.

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, we are not covered by any insurance plans, but we do accept FSP & HSA (flexible spending plan and health savings account cards).

Do I have to have to take off my clothes?

We recommend that clients undress to their comfort level. Client discretion is always protected with secure draping techniques. Only the body part being
treated is uncovered while the rest of the body is fully draped.

Do you offer couples massage?

Couples massage, by definition, is typically a spa service. We are happy to accommodate 2 sessions at once, but they will not be in the same room. Client
communication is ongoing so having 2 sessions in one room would prove disruptive to both the client and the therapist.

Do I have to wear a mask during my massage?

We respect your decision to wear, or not to wear a mask. Our therapists typically will not wear a mask, but we are more than happy to wear one if it makes you more comfortable. Just ask, we really don’t mind.

Should I tip my therapist?

Tips are always appreciated, but never expected.
